Had a great time at Lusitania Suites! The studio was super clean, comfy beds, and fast wifi. Perfect location-just a short walk to the bus station and downtown. Only bummer was the street noise from my first room, but the staff helped me switch to a quieter one.

Opt for rooms away from the street if you prefer a quieter stay, as noise can be an issue with traffic.

Oh, the room with the street view was good if you love traffic noise at 3 am. After begging to switch to a quieter room, you'd expect a special treat for the hassle, but nope. The staff refused to acknowledge my elite status, shocking, I know. I almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn't.

Only downside was the breakfast could be a bit more varied, and the terrace was too noisy to use. A great spot to rest after exploring!

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from ADO bus station and close to Palacio de Hierro. The area felt safe and the interior room provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities in good working condition. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
